Tim founded Imparta to do more than advise–he built it to partner with leaders in making meaningful lasting impact. He has led organizations through some of their most defining moments: scaling revenue, restructuring operations, entering new markets, and unlocking value across public and private sectors. Seeing firsthand that lasting impact doesn't come from playbooks, but instead from embedded leadership and operational clarity. Imparta is the result of that conviction: a firm built to deliver transformation that endures.​

A graduate of the US Naval Academy, Tim's leadership journey has taken him through the defense, federal, private industry, and non-profit sectors. Along the way he developed a passion for building resilient, high-growth organizations that scale with integrity. That passion has earned him honors like being named Washington Executive's 2018 Cybersecurity Executive of the Year, and receiving an esteemed Ethics In Business Award.

Always near the coastline, Tim draws energy and inspiration from the water. Its rhythm, unpredictability and depth reflect much of what it takes to grow a business in uncertain environments. Or navigate the fairways (and hazards) of a golf course! No matter the environment, he brings the same sense of purpose: to lead with vision, operate with discipline and leave every organization stronger than he found it.
